About the missing crossover tube
This bracket does not retain the center crossover tube, and in most builds that is not a problem. Crossover / balance tubes are only required with the OEM PCV configuration. If you have a catch can fitted, both valve covers merge into the can, which performs the same balancing function — so the crossover is redundant and the ports can simply be blocked off.
Choosing the right bracket
Buy based on the cylinder head you have, not the engine badge — mounting differs between GE non-VVTi and GTE heads.
