Choosing the right bracket — go by the cylinder head
Buy based on the head you actually have, not the engine badge. Hardware and mounting differ between GE non-VVTi and GTE heads. The GTE bracket fits every head except the distributor non-VVTi GE head, which needs its own bracket. If you are running a GE head with GTE valve covers, the head is what determines the bracket.
